I grew up playing hockey competitively and was first introduced to massage therapy while injured. I was helped to recover from a few injuries from my athletic therapist who was trained in massage therapy.

After junior hockey I started studying kinesiology at UBCO and subsequently massage therapy in Vernon. In massage therapy I use a variety of techniques, especially Neurokinetic Therapy, fascial release, and deep tissue treatment with the goal of decreasing pain and increasing muscle function.

Dr. Levi Irwin was born in High River AB and his family moved to Banff in the early 90’s, where he came to love the mountains and outdoor life. As a kid you could find him mountain biking, golfing, or hanging out at the lake, and in the winter he spent many days up a mountain skiing or snowboarding - all things he still enjoys.

Growing up playing hockey, volleyball, rugby, and football led to his interest in human health and movement, and eventually saw him earn his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2006. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2011.

Sandeep Kaur is a compassionate physiotherapist dedicated to helping people manage pain, move better, and return to the activities they enjoy. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar, India, with hands-on clinical training at an Army hospital. Pelvic Health and Surgical Recovery

Sandeep has a special interest in pelvic health and has completed courses in pelvic health. She provides care for women and men experiencing bladder leakage or urgency, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic floor muscle weakness or tension.

Vertigo and Concussion Rehabilitation

Sandeep has completed the University of Alberta’s course in vertigo and concussion assessment and management. She provides individualized rehabilitation for dizziness, vertigo, balance difficulties, and concussion-related symptoms.

Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

Sandeep treats back and neck pain, sprains and strains, repetitive strain injuries, and a wide range of joint and tendon conditions. These include frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, hip and SI joint concerns, jaw dysfunction, neck-related headaches, tennis elbow, and Achilles tendinopathy. John Machuga grew up in Kelowna, BC in an active family spending lots of time hiking, skiing, and biking in the mountains of the Okanagan.
